All weekend:

Organised Private Campsite at Village Hall. £10 per head (includes admission to the Ceileidh on Saturday)

Friday Evening.

Saturday Daytime

10:30am. Assemble on the Village Green, opposite the Dashwood Arms
Kirtlington Morris dance in village with their guest sides:-

  • Liberty Hill North West Morris
  • Beltane Border Morris

12:00pm-1:00pm. Lunch at Sturdys Castle, Banbury Rd, Kidlington OX5 3EP, with dancing.
Morris tour of Woodstock.

5:00pm     Tea & Biscuits @ Kirtlington Village Hall

Saturday Evening

7:00-9.00pm. Lamb Roast – pricing available on the day.

8:00 – 11:30pm  Barn Dance in Village Hall with Ceilidh band Mad Hatters and caller Pete North. 

Open to all. Bar & Raffle

Tickets (£10) on the door. Ticket included with camping fee (£10)

Sunday

MORRIS EVENTS:

9:45am Morris sides assemble North of village.
10:00 Procession to church.
10:45 Lamb Ale Service.
11:30 Procession from Church to School.
12:00 Kirtlington Morris dance at school.
12:15 Dance displays at School, Village Hall, The Dashwood and Oxford Arms.
3:00 All guest Morris sides dance at School.


OTHER EVENTS:

8:00 – 9.30am    Sunday Breakfast at Village Hall

12:00pm – 4:00pm Sunday – Local Interest and Kirtlington Morris Archives Exhibition at School. Bar.

Friday Evening:

This year the get together session is at the Oxford Arms, Kirtlington, a short 5 min walk from Kirtlington Village Hall.

Village Hall:
Campsite, toilets, showers.
“Basic breakfast” – toast, cereals etc Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Lamb Barbeque – Sat. evening (before dance)
Refreshments, including the Lamb Ale (beer) – Sunday PM

School:  
Bar, refreshments, toilets etc. – Sun.

The Dashwood Arms:
Bar, restaurant, toilets.

The Oxford Arms:
Beer etc., food, toilets

Nearest shop: Midcounties Coop Food, Station Rd., Bletchingdon OX5 3DE.
Wide range of goods, sandwiches, off-licence etc.

Kirtlington Morris will provide lunch during the Woodstock tour on Saturday, approx. 1.00pm, and tea & biscuits at the Village Hall approx. 5pm.
Any special dietary requirements, please contact us.

Weekend sides are also invited to a buffet tea at Kirtlington Squire, Nigel Holt’s house in Bletchington,
1 mile from Kirtlington, approx. 5pm, after the final display on Sunday.
